Bio:
Andrew had built a wealth of political experience before his election in 2010. In 1999 Andrew went to work for the West Midlands MEP team in the European Parliament in Brussels. Andrew was appointed Adviser on farming, working for the European Agricultural Spokesman Neil Parish MEP and helped to establish a European inquiry into the foot and mouth outbreak. In 2004 Andrew returned to Westminster as Chief of Staff to Theresa May. He was later chief of staff to Hugo Swire in 2006 and then Eric Pickles in 2007 and is now chief of staff to the Chairman of the Conservative Party. He is currently a member of the Political and Constitutional Reform select committee.
