Bio:
Prior to his election Zac was the editor of the Ecologist Magazine for 10 years. In 2005 he was asked to oversee a wide-ranging review of environmental policy for the Conservative party, this led to the Quality of Life Policy review which was delivered to David Cameron in September 2007. Zac is actively engaged with green issues, ranging from agriculture to conservation and climate change. He is the author of The Constant Economy and a member of the Environmental Audit Select Committee.
